The Applegate Country Club was founded to celebrate country living. We live in the country and this is OUR club. It's a place to bring family and friends and enjoy what it feels like to live here. We have a wonderful garden, a covered patio, an area for kids to play, (with their own kid sized dining table), a bocce court, a beautiful air-conditioned indoor seating area, and a stay library of great books to be read on site. And while the restaurant is open to the public, we highly recommend that you become a member of either our Facebook group, or our club, or both!
Why do we offer a membership if everyone's welcome? The Applegate Country Club was created as a community restaurant. We'll eventually be open four days a week for pizza, salads, pasta and dessert. The other three days are available for special events, rental of the kitchen and facility by members, and concerts. Because we have limited seating for our live music and special events, we will be announcing our special events to paying ACC members 24 hours before we announce the events on Facebook. In that time, members can sign up to reserve seats at the event. If we fill up, we won't announce it to the public, and we won't be able to accept walk-ins. Also, the membership helps us pay for our special events and community projects. Membership is really inexpensive. Our thought is that if we all chip in, we can have a space that can offer concerts, classes, local art shows, wedding or reception hosting and more.
